As an Assistant Team Manager in our Duty & Assessment team, you will provide supervisory leadership to a small practice group of Social Workers, guiding them in the assessment and planning for children in need and their families. Your role will encompass both statutory and preventative services, requiring proven experience with ‘Working Together 2015’, Pan Berkshire Child Protection procedures, and the local assessment framework.
