This is a full-time (36-hour) Family Hub Practitioner role, though a 2/3-day job split is an option. You’ll help deliver family hub services across the borough, including facilitating activities and events, and conducting outreach to target families. A key aspect is supporting the Lead Coordinator and Hub Manager in innovative ways to engage challenging or hard-to-reach parents/carers, helping them access essential services and facilities offered by Family Hubs and their partners.
