As a Family Support Worker, you’ll manage support packages for children with diverse disabilities, regularly reviewing their needs and progress. You’ll drive goal achievement, coordinate with other professionals (including chairing “Team around the Child” meetings), and participate in forums like Education and Health meetings. You may also supervise other Family Support Workers, offer guidance on care plans, assist with social worker assessments, and occasionally deputize for the Team Leader.
