Looking after your physical wellbeing is intrinsically linked to many of the other lifestyle issues covered within the Hub – but on this page we’ll offer some ideas and signposting that may help you with looking after your body from the perspective of health and fitness.

Making sure that you keep an eye on your diet and trying to incorporate some physical activities into your day – as well as allowing yourself some “breathing space” to relax and reflect – will help you feel physically ready for life’s demands.
