Head of Specialist Adolescent Service

We are offering a £3,000 welcome bonus plus a £3,000 annual market supplement for this role!We are inviting applicants for our Head of Specialist Adolescent Service, which includes the statutory provision of adolescent safeguarding and youth justice alongside specialist intervention teams.The Head of Service has the responsibility for leading on the practice and performance of all the teams in the service, ensuring that children’s needs are assessed and supported effectively and robustly through relationship based approaches and trauma informed practice. We are seeking a leader with a passion and drive for excellent practice in the field of complex adolescent safeguarding. **Please be aware that with the DfE Families First Program and social care reforms that all local authorities are expected to consider their models of social work practice and therefore the portfolio for this role may be subject to change.
