We have an exciting opportunity to join an organisation what is focused on providing the very best services to our children and young people within our SEND team.The Preparing for Adulthood (PfA) Team is looking for a second Team Manager that involves the line management of a sub team of PfA Coordinators and a Senior PfA Coordinator who will oversee the work for children and young people aged 14 – 25 years.
