Family Support Worker – Duty & Assessment / Mash

This role sits within the Duty & Assessment/MASH service and focuses on providing high-quality, responsive support in line with statutory safeguarding responsibilities. You will work closely with social workers to support assessments and investigations, undertake direct work with children and families (including life story work and building family resilience), and collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure children’s needs are met in line with safeguarding guidance and national reforms. Strong recording skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines are essential.
