To find out more click here.As Senior Preparing for Adulthood (PfA) EHCP Coordinator for Achieving for Children, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the work of PfA EHCP Coordinators within the SEND team, including supervision, appraisal and the induction of new team members as well as managing a reduced caseload. You will ensure that performance standards and national indicators relating to the statutory EHCP processes are achieved and Coordinators undertake statutory processes in an efficient and timely manner, reaching appropriate placement decisions for children and young people aged 14-25.
