Social Worker Team Leader – Referral & Assessment Kingston

We are offering a £3,000 welcome bonus plus a £3,000 annual market supplement for this role! We are looking for a new Team Leader to join the Referral and Assessment Team based in Kingston.In the Referral and Assessment team focus our initial work through new referrals, including strategy discussions, initial child protection conference, Child in Need planning and taking court action if required. We are a stable team who remain child focused to support families in their time of crisis.
