Employee Experience Adviser

This is a great opportunity for an Employee Experience Adviser to come and join our team! In Children’s Services the front line professionals do the most important work by protecting and supporting children, young people and the families we work with but our colleagues can’t do their best work without the support from our services.As an adviser in the the Employee Experience (EE) team you will support on employee relations (early intervention) matters, retention and development activities including induction, onboarding, and engagement alongside health and wellbeing. This role allows for a hybrid working model, splitting your time between one of our offices (2 days) and working from home, in line with our Future Space strategy. Please note we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
