The HOST provides supported accommodation, targeted and tenancy sustainment services to young people aged 16 – 25 including care leavers, unaccompanied asylum seekers and families. The service directly manages Beverley House, which provides supported housing for seven young people & Green Leas, which provides 16 supported flats for care leavers and one emergency room. It is a 24 hour, seven day a week service. The service is currently opening a new home in Maidenhead for 20 care leavers. You will be expected to work across all our supported housing projects, currently Kingston, New Malden and Maidenhead.
