Youth Support Worker

As a Youth Support Workers you will deliver sessions for young people aged 9-19 years old at one or more Richmond Youth Centres Hampton Youth Zone, Whitton Youth Zone and The Hive in Ham.We are hiring a number of Youth Support Workers to:1×3 hour post at Whitton Youth Zone, TW2 7JX2x 9 hour posts and 1x 6 hour post at Hampton Youth Zone, TW12 3RN1x 3 hour post at The Hive Youth Centre, TW10 7NEThe Youth Service provides support, information, advice, guidance and activities to support the social, physical, intellectual, creative and emotional development of young people aged 9 – 19 years old. The Youth Service is a universal service which uses befriending and activities as a means to build long lasting positive and supportive relationships.Due to a skills gap within the team we are particularly interested in candidates who have qualifications or backgrounds in gym or sports. Please note that working hours for this role are variable. Candidates must clearly specify in their supporting statement which location(s) and hour option(s) they are applying for.Basic starting hourly rate  £16.18 per hour. Any advertised full-time equivalent salary will be calculated pro rata.
