Registered Manager

We are seeking visionary Registered Managers to lead our children’s residential homes in Surbiton, Teddington and Old Windsor, with potential vacancies across all three. As the Ofsted Registered Manager, you will hold legal responsibility for your home, ensuring full compliance with The Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015, while leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, child-centred care that improves long-term outcomes for young people and their families. You will uphold all safeguarding and child protection policies, support a frontline team managing complex, trauma-driven behaviours, and maintain a calm, therapeutic environment during high-stress incidents. You will shape the culture of your home from day one while working as part of a peer network of managers across all three sites. Multi-site travel is essential. Please note: this role is shift-based, working approximately 156 hours per month. Pay will be pro rata.
