Assistant Head of Service

The Education Inclusion Support Service (EISS) works closely with schools, multi-agency teams, families and other partners and commissioners across Kingston and Richmond local authority areas to improve educational outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.The successful candidate will be a dynamic and experienced leader, committed to inclusive, trauma-informed practice. Working closely with the Head and Deputy Head of Service, the Assistant Headteacher will be instrumental in supporting service improvement, staff development, and the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong presence across the service, with direct involvement in curriculum development, safeguarding, pastoral care, and behaviour support.This is a 12 months fixed term position.
