As the Assistant Team Manager – Duty & Assessment you will work as a supervisory lead to a small practice group of Social Workers, whose main functions are the assessment of and planning for children in need and their families. You will provide both statutory and preventative services. You will have experience of working within the context of the relevant legislation and guidance, in particular ‘Working Together 2015’, Pan Berkshire Child Protection procedures and the local assessment framework.
