Community Nursery Nurse

The post will be based in the Achieving for Children (AfC) Early Help Service. The service consists of the Family Hub, Early Help Advisory Service, Public Health Nursing (Health Visiting and School Nursing), wellbeing and behaviour support and early years advice. The role will sit directly in the Family Hub Service and specifically within the Health Visiting (HV) Team.The  Community Nursery Nurse (CNN) role will be to work in collaboration with the Health Visitors to provide the Healthy Child Programme to all children aged 5 years and under residing in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM).These vacancies are arising due to internal promotion and successful candidates will be joining a well established, experienced and high functioning team. Structured training and development will be offered to successful candidates.
