Digital Business Analyst

Achieving for Children is on a journey. Like many organisations, we’re exploring how technology can support our people to work more effectively not to replace judgement or expertise, but to reduce friction, save time, and free up more space for the work that matters most. We are looking for a Digital Business Analyst to support that journey.As a Digital Business Analyst, you’ll work across a range of service optimisation projects within the Digital & Technology team. Your core focus will be understanding what our people and services need  then translating that into clear, actionable digital requirements. That means engaging stakeholders, writing technical documentation, and leading user acceptance testing, with the specific mix varying by project.Day-to-day, you’ll use a range of elicitation techniques to gather business requirements and communicate them in a way that technical teams can act on. You’ll be equally comfortable in a workshop with frontline staff as you are reviewing documentation with a developer. You’ll work across a diverse group of stakeholders, employees, partner organisations, and service users so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
