Find out more and join us today.This post will be based in our Families Together  team which is  an ‘invest to save’ project meaning success will be based upon the positive outcomes for the children and young people plus the monies saved by the children and young people staying within or returning to the family as opposed to requiring costly foster or residential placements. The Families Together Team is part of the Family Hub Service which brings together a range of services that focuses provision on targeted support to our most vulnerable children, young people and families.Basic starting hourly rate £13.03 plus a top up paid annual leave contribution.
