Social Worker – Children Young People Disability Service

As a Social Worker in the Children and Young People with Disabilities Team, you will hold a caseload and undertake assessments and care planning for children and young people aged 0–18 with disabilities. You will work with families across Child in Need, Child Protection and Children in Care plans, while also contributing to Public Law Outline processes, court work and permanency planning where required.You will be joining a supportive service in Windsor & Maidenhead, rated Good by Ofsted, where we are committed to high quality practice and improving outcomes for children and families.
