Specialist SpLD (dyslexia) Advisory Teacher

Do you have a specialist dyslexia teacher’s qualification?We are seeking two qualified teachers with level 7 Dyslexia training to join our school improvement team and our new ‘Specialist Expertise at Hand’ service. You will assist in setting up a new Dyslexia Hub, supporting schools across Richmond and Kingston providing training, advisory services and transition sessions for pupils. The roles will involve hybrid working and include remote advice and consultation, face to face training and in-school support for colleagues. You will collaborate with colleagues within Achieving for Children and within schools and support the delivery of a high quality graduated response for pupils who have significant literacy difficulties. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
