Assistant Team Manager – Duty & Assessment

As Assistant Team Manager in our Duty & Assessment team, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role, guiding and inspiring a small group of Social Workers dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of children and their families. Your team will focus on high-quality assessments and creating effective, child-centred plans that provide both statutory support and preventative services.You’ll champion best practice, offering both guidance and challenge to your team, ensuring that every child’s voice is heard and their needs are placed at the heart of decision-making. By combining strong leadership with your passion for safeguarding, you’ll empower your Social Workers to deliver timely, thoughtful interventions that lead to lasting positive change.
