Assistant Team Manager – Hope House

In your first three months as Assistant Team Manager you will be required to work three shifts per month (24 hour shift) to gain a full understanding of Hope House and the children’s requirements. You will receive overtime, on call allowance or sleep in rate for this.*We are recruiting for two positions across Windsor, Surbiton and Teddington.Hope House is a therapeutic children’s home providing day-to-day care for up to five children aged 10-17 who have experience significant trauma in their early lives. Grounded firmly within the Secure Base model, our team is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment where young people can thrive. We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Team Manager to join our service.
