Business Support Assistant – Early Help
The Early Help service is looking for a new Business Support Assistant to join the team.The Business Support Assistant in Early Help provides both virtual and on-site support across the Early Help service. The Business Support Assistant is responsible for undertaking administrative duties, working in a team under the supervision of the Early Help Advisory Manager, by liaising with service staff within the directorate to ensure that work is completed on time and to appropriate standards. The post holder will have good administration and technology experience to undertake a range of functions that may include: note or minute taking, preparing and organising business meetings, processing workflows, dealing with internal and external customers and providing a high quality customer experience.
