The Children’s Community Nursing Team is based at The Moor Lane Centre, Chessington, and is funded by the NHS. The team consists of specialist school and community nurses, health care assistants and support workers and provides nursing care to children and young people with complex health needs and disabilities within community settings in Kingston. The community nursing team also provides a specialist nurse-led sleep service and forms part of the Integrated Service for Children with Disabilities (ISCD), working across health, education and social care.
