Contact Information Officer

The Contact Information Officer will be responsible for coordinating and managing information coming into the SPA via email, phone, letter and fax in an accurate and efficient manner. The Contact Information Officer will work to support the SPA team, delivering an excellent customer experience by handling telephone calls, providing advice and, wherever possible, signposting at the first point of contact. This will involve dealing with a range of sensitive Children’s Services enquiries and contacts from other professionals. The post holder will work to create quality contacts and record information, on the Integrated Children’s System (ICS) and other information recording systems, in order for social workers and SPA management to outcome referrals.
