We are currently recruiting for 3 Early Help Practitioners :2 permanent posts 1 fixed term post until March 2024Please note these are full time positions we are recruiting for.As an Early Help Practitioner you will be expected to deliver all aspects of high quality provision of support to children and families to improve outcomes for children and their families. You will need to have a strong commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people. You will need to have a strong emphasis on solution focused thinking.
