The Early Intervention Worker has been designed using an Early Help approach to enable us to improve the outcomes for children on the cusp of the justice system. It will enable us to expand best practice in early intervention and deliver evidence-based interventions, whilst maintaining a non-criminogenic approach, with the ultimate aim of preventing the child (re)offending.
