We are looking for 2 Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinator Assistants to work within the SEND Team.The SEND Team is responsible for managing requests for an Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments and maintaining Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) for children and young people aged between 0-25 living in the borough of Kingston and Richmond. Our service works with a multitude of professionals and agencies including but not limited to; educational settings, post 16 providers, Health Services, Social Care Services and professionals within AfC. The SEND Team sits under the education services within AfC and are based in Guildhall 2, Kingston Upon Thames.
