We’re looking for an Employee Experience Manager to join our brand-new Employee Experience (EE) team and play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational culture and strategic direction. This position is for 6 months and is maternity cover. In this exciting new role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving key organisational development projects that align with our strategic objectives. You’ll be instrumental in planning and developing initiatives that facilitate successful workforce development and foster early reconciliation and resolution across our workforce.

Better understand our regional labour market to enable us to develop a robust plan to meet our partnership’s current and future workforce demands.
