Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Children’s Social Care Analyst to join our Intelligence and Improvement Team. You will support our Windsor and Maidenhead services, primarily based in our Maidenhead office with flexible working options. Occasional travel to other locations may be required.The successful candidate will have experience in children’s social care data extraction, analysis, and presentation, and will be well-versed in completing statutory returns. Proficiency in using Liquid Logic, Business Objects, and Looker Studio is highly advantageous. You will need strong numeracy skills, be highly organized, and able to work effectively within a supportive team. A self-motivated individual with a drive to improve processes is desired.The Intelligence Analyst will ensure the business has the necessary information to meet organizational objectives and achieve continual improvement. You will collaborate with the Team Leader to develop systems and enhance the timeliness, quality, and use of data to drive service improvement.
