Achieving for Children has a fantastic opportunity available in the Maidenhead Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Team, for a Post 14 Assessment Coordinator on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. We are looking for someone who can build effective and enabling relationships with families of children and young people with SEND and professionals in the Post 14 EHCP Team, who manage the EHCPs for children and young people from Year 10. This is a 12 month fixed term contract position.
