NEET Tracker
We are seeking a dedicated NEET (Not in education, employment or training) tracker to work in the community to identify young people aged 16/17 who are not accessing education, employment or training. This will involve visiting families at their home addresses to establish the post 16 destinations of young people living in Kingston or Richmond and sharing information received with the 14-25 Intelligence officer to ensure we are supporting the young people who are most at risk of not meeting the duty to participate. This is a casual role with an hourly rate ranging from £13.52 – £14.19, however the role takes place annually from November – January each year and is remunerated on a payment by results basis. The successful applicant will receive at least the minimum of £13.52.
