As a Newly Qualified Social Worker (NQSW) you will be expected to deliver all aspects of high quality social work provision to children and families in order to support them improve outcomes. You will need to have a strong commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people and will be supported from management to explore and investigate concerns regarding a child or young person’s safety or wellbeing.
