SEND Local Offer and Engagement Manager
The SEND Local Offer is a statutory service to provide children and young people (0-25) with additional support needs, along with their families and professionals, easy access to clear and up-to-date information about SEND services in Kingston and Richmond through our Local Offer Website.The postholder will gather and manage service information, manage and develop the SEND local Offer website, create accessible content, and engage with the community to ensure their voices shape how information is shared.The postholder will also support with promoting co-production and engagement with families through the line management of two SEND Parental Engagement Officers. You will be expected to work across Kingston and Richmond attending events in the community to raise awareness about the local offer, and respond to feedback about improvements to its content.
