Senior PfA EHCP Coordinator

We’re celebrating an OUTSTANDING achievement across all areas in our latest Ofsted inspection (December 2024) and now, we’re looking for social workers to help build on this success.The SEND service is responsible for managing the statutory functions involved in education, health and care needs assessments and maintaining all Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), whilst working collaboratively with the child or young person and their families, the education setting and all other professionals involved. The SEND Service sits within the Education Services directorate of AfC and works closely with a number of other services across AfC to secure positive outcomes for our most vulnerable learners.
