As a Social Worker in the Children and Young People with Disabilities team, you will hold a caseload and be responsible for assessment and planning for children and young people with disabilities who are subject to Child in Need; Child Protection; and Children in Care plans (0-18 years). You will also progress Public Law Outline; Court Work and permanency planning where required.
