Social Worker – Duty and Assessment

Join our Duty and Assessment Team in Windsor and Maidenhead as a Social Worker, where you’ll make a real difference to children and families at the earliest point of intervention. You’ll carry a varied caseload, working with children who may be subject to Child Protection, Child in Need or Looked After plans.This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you’ll complete visits, assessments and direct work to safeguard children and support their wellbeing. You’ll work closely with families and professionals to assess risk, build safety plans, and help children thrive.
