To find out more click here.As a Clinical Specialist/Systemic Psychotherapist in the EHS Safeguarding Service you will be passionate about improving the well-being and welfare of children and young people who are known to the Safeguarding team, either as Children in Need, on Safeguarding / Child Protection plans or looked after and putting them at the centre of all you do. You will provide Systemic consultations and reflective space to the social care team, high quality evidenced based systemic interventions, be part of an established team and be afforded many different opportunities to use your skills. This includes assessment, therapeutic work, running groups, supervision and management of staff, consultation and training. We welcome creative and innovative ways to deliver services. In addition to individual supervision and line management, you will have access to many exciting development opportunities. You will also be part of a Team of 6 Systemic Psychotherapists in EHS providing access to peer supervision and support. This role will attract a health market supplement in addition to the existing salary
