Team Support Worker
We have an exciting vacancy for a Team Support Worker with strong administrator, IT and finance skills
Exciting vacancy has arisen in the Help & Family Assessment, Children Social Care. We are looking for a Team Support Worker/Record Taker.
It is essential that you are skilled in minute taking, the co-ordinating of meetings and confident in maintaining, updating records and tracking progress through detailed Excel spreadsheets and database records.
As a Team Support Worker, you will provide essential support to your team as well as covering key aspects of administrative business support to the whole Service/Division when required. You will be working alongside colleagues, Team Managers and Business Support Manager. You will need to prioritise your workload and have the enthusiasm to learn and support team members with a wide variety of tasks. You will need to be proactive and efficient to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within specified timescales.
We are looking for candidates with strong IT and team administrator skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information in a professional and accountable manner.
We offer flexible working and you will only need to attend the office twice a week
