Kingston University course becomes SPPA endorsed

Social Pedagogy Professional Association (SPPA) holds a register of learning programmes which demonstrate that they offer high quality learning in social pedagogy. Any organisation wishing to have their learning programme approved by SPPA will need to ensure that it meets certain standards and in the case of Category 1 and 2 learning programmes, equips learners to meet the Standards of Proficiency (SOPs) in social pedagogy.

“After a very thorough and highly impressive application form submitted from Kingston University, SPPA are extremely proud to be able to endorse Kingston’s BA (hons) Working with Children and Young People: Social Pedagogy course.”

Interestingly, a number of students who complete the BA (hons) Working with Children and Young People course go on to Kingston University’s Masters in Social Work course to become qualified social workers.
