Developing Together Social Work Teaching Partnership

Kingston University named principle provider for new Social Work Degree Apprenticeship Programme

The Developing Together Teaching Partnership is delighted to announce that our academic partner Kingston University & St George’s University has been successful in its bid to be the principle provider of the Social Work Degree Apprenticeship Programme for all London Borough Employers.  Kingston University & St George’s University’s Social Work Department will work with employers to co-produce a London wide programme anticipated for use by all programme members. It is anticipated that the majority of London learners will be placed with the principle provider, subject to final contract and course content agreement. This is a result of months of hard work by the University, who have consulted with employers at every opportunity to develop a competitive programme that will be truly employer-led. A big congratulations to Kingston & St George’s Department of Social Work and Social Care, and the Teaching Partnership looks forward to working collaboratively on the Programme going forward.
