The London Borough of Merton is offering an exciting opportunity for the Quality Assurance Manager position within Adults Social Care.
They are looking for a dynamic, proactive and motivated individual to work with the Principal Social Worker to lead on practice improvement to contribute to the workforce development across Adult Services Directorate.
The applicant will be a qualified social worker with substantial post-qualifying experience, the ability to analyse complex information; a positive communicator who can collaborate, influence, challenge with excellent verbal and written skills.
The applicant will have substantial knowledge of the legislation and statutory responsibilities that underpin Adult Social Care, including appropriate performance indicators and quality standards; possessing a unique ability to convert this knowledge into operational learning opportunities to enhance the workforce knowledge.
