The Teaching Partnership has arranged for a workshop on Harmful Sexual Behaviour to be delivered by our partner NSPCC. This session will be facilitated by Alexander Reynolds and Kimberly Barker from the National Clinical Assessment and Treatment Service (NCATS). The session is open to practitioners working for partner agencies and students studying any social work programme at Kingston University.

Having previously delivered a foundation level workshop, this particular session is at intermediate level. It will provide an opportunity:

To review learning from previous HSB training
To develop skills in the initial assessment of risk
To equip practitioners to support parents to talk to children about sex/pornography
To develop safety planning skills
To share learning from HSB serious case reviews
